One of the biggest items of news at WinHec was that Microsoft would be providing a ROM of a Xiaomi Mii phone, but there was another Android handset being shown off at WinHec which promises to be even more interesting.

The ZTE Nubia Z9 is an Android handset which has not even been announced yet, but it promises to be a monster, with a Snapdragon 810 processor,  5.2 inch full HD screen, Adreno 430 GPU, 32 GB storage, 3 GB RAM, 16 megapixel rear camera with OIS, 8 megapixel FFC and near bezel-less design with glass front and back.

Now the device was spotted at WinHec running Windows  Phone, with plans presumably to eventually release it running Windows 10.

Now of course we prefer dedicated original devices to Android hand me downs, but for such a specs monster I am willing to overlook it.
