Microsoft has updated their Skype Preview for Android app with support for Read Receipts.

Version 8.26.76 of the app will now let you see who has seen your message, similar to the way Facebook Messenger does:

The changelog reads:

Reading Confirmation – Now you can check who has seen your messages at a glance. When someone reads your message, his avatar appears under it in Skype chats. It is available both in single chats and in groups.
