Skype introduces new speaker view for group calls on both mobile and desktop

With the latest Skype Preview build version 8.42.76.54, Microsoft is introducing a brand new feature called speaker view for group calls. When you turn on this new feature, Skype will now display the person currently speaking and when someone else starts talking the call screen will automatically switch to the new person.
Here’s how you can enable this new feature on mobile and desktop:
- On mobile devices you can easily switch between the default grid view and the new speaker view by tapping the view switcher button on the upper right corner.
- On desktop, you can access the new speaker view from the menu in the upper right part of the call screen.
Try out this new feature and pass on the feedback to Skype team to further improve the experience.
