Skype for Windows Phone has been long awaited, and was recently released as a open beta on Marketplace.
Now Skype Germany has now confirmed on twitter the software will soon be released in its final version, saying:

While on the face of it this is good news, Skype for Windows Phone is still woefully lacking, particularly when it comes to incoming phone calls, and it appears this is not a situation Skype is planning to fix, at least until Apollo.
On the other hand, I guess we waited so long, what is another 6 months….
