Shazam today released their revamped app for Windows Phone devices. Shazam allows you to identify music and TV around you. Tap the Shazam button to instantly identify, explore, buy and share. With this new update, you can ask Cortana to “Shazam this” and instantly start identifying music around you. Also with Shazam Live Tiles support, you can view your most recent Shazam and Shazam straight from the Start Screen.
With Shazam 4.0 you’ll get:
• A new recognition engine with faster and more accurate Shazaming
• Quicker app startup so you can get Shazaming sooner
• Brand new interface, designed specifically for Windows Phone 8.1
• New song pages with lyrics, videos and links to Xbox Music
