Samsung has lets slip the first official pictures of their Windows Mobile powered Mobile Internet Device, the SWD-M100 MID.  The device features a 4.3 inch screen, slide out QWERTY keyboard, 3 megapixel camera, Bluetooth 2.0+EDR module, WIFI and obviously WIMAX, microSD memory expansion and TV output.

The device will be coming to Clearwire’s Mobile WiMAX network and should carry the more memorable name of Mondi.

No details on pricing and availability has been announced yet.
