Since the launch of the Galaxy Fold, Samsung has been running into problems with the device. Samsung cancelled the launch of the device in March and has been busy fixing the numerous design issues with the device.
Earlier today, Samsung finally confirm the new launch date which is set sometime in September. The company didn’t give the exact date but did share that the device is ready for launch. Samsung also shared the various changes they made to the Galaxy Fold to prevent it from breaking too easily. Using the details shared by Samsung, AllaboutSamsung, created a couple of images showcasing the changes.
The images show small changes to the hinge which was the major issue for Samsung. The company hasn’t announced the official date yet. It’s set to launch in September and Samsung will disclose the exact date closer to the launch. Samsung says they appreciate the support and patience they’ve received from Galaxy fans all over the world. It remains to be seen if enough of these fans remain to make the $1980 handset a success.
