Back in August, Samsung launched the Galaxy Watch Active 2 which was the successor to the Galaxy Watch Active. The device came with all the usual bells and whistles along with LTE support.

At launch, the smartwatch was available in limited regions but a recent leak suggests that Samsung is planning to launch the new smartwatch in India. The older Galaxy Watch Active is available in India for 19,990 INR. Taking it as a reference, the Galaxy Watch Active 2 should cost around 22,000 INR. The Galaxy Watch Active 2 will be available in both aluminium and stainless steel so the pricing will vary.

Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2 is powered by Exynos 9110 SoC clocked at 1.15 GHz, coupled with 768 MB RAM and 4 GB of built-in storage. The smartwatch also comes with 5 ATM rating along with an IP68 certification. The watch also features a heart rate monitor that is capable of performing an electrocardiogram (ECG).
