We have been getting reports of a firmware update coming to Samsung ATIV S handsets who have already received the Portico update, and now Telus has been kind enough to provide a changelog.

They reveal that the update appears mostly to be bug fixes, include a fix for lock-up during boot-up and a Qualcomm patch.

Interestingly Samsung is also removing their Family Story service, which is their own private photo sharing service. Hopefully not many ATIV users are using the service.

Our tipster also notes that webpages are loading faster than previously, indicating some optimization has taken place.
