Playstation horror fans can finally play The Midnight Walk on PS5 and PS VR2 this May 8

MoonHood’s upcoming title, The Midnight Walk, is set to release on May 8 for PlayStation 5 and PS VR2. This first-person adventure introduces players to The Burnt One, a character who awakens in a grave and must traverse a world filled with both wonder and horror. Accompanied by Potboy, a lantern-headed creature, players will utilize light to solve puzzles and evade creatures that are drawn to illumination.

The game’s environments and characters are crafted from real-life clay models. These are then 3D scanned and animated using stop-motion techniques, providing a distinctive visual experience. Players can interact with the world by closing their eyes to enhance auditory cues, making it immersive in VR mode. The game also introduces Housy, a mobile home base that assists in the journey.

The Midnight Walk offers a blend of exploration, puzzle-solving, and stealth, set in a meticulously designed world that combines elements of dark fantasy and handcrafted artistry. The game will be available for $53.49, with a 10% discount for PlayStation Plus members.
