Overwatch’s new hero was announced at Blizzcon today and it looks like McCree has been knocked down to the game’s second-best gunslinger.
Elizabeth Caledonia “Calamity” Ashe thankfully just goes by the name Ashe. Toting a rifle and a shotgun, a throwable bunch of dynamite and the ability to summon a companion for her ultimate, Ashe does not seem like a cowgirl one would wish to mess with.
Ashe’s rifle will have ADS, allowing players to look down their sights for more accurate attacks. This places her as a middle ground between McCree and Widowmaker, making her dangerous at pretty much all ranges.
Overwatch is available now on Xbox One for £44.99/£59.99.
