Microsoft has pushed an update to Outlook app for Android. The new update brings exciting new features, bug fixes, and performance improvements.

Talking about the new features, the app now supports Samsung’s S Pen; you’ll be able to use the pen to switch to Mail, Attachments, etc. Beyond that, the update introduced a new Splash -screen, it’ll appear with the new Outlook icon right after you launch the app in your Android smartphone.

Otherwise, the update takes the Outlook app to version 3.0.134. You can read the official changelog below.

  • Splashscreen with new icon  – When opening the Outlook app a new splash screen will be shown with the new icon.
  • S Pen support – Do you use Outlook on a Samsung Note device? Now you can use your S Pen to switch to Mail, Attachments, Events or People to take a look and quickly perform actions.
  • All weekly updates also include performance improvements and bug fixes to optimize Outlook.
