I am not sure what Hot or Not’s own popularity score would be, but after 15 years on the market the company has now also brought their app to the Windows Phone Store.

Hot or Not began as a rating site that allowed users to rate the attractiveness of photos submitted voluntarily by others. The site now also offers a matchmaking engine called ‘Meet Me’ and an extended profile feature called "Hotlists", which allows users to chat and meet up.
