WindowsPhoneDaily has spotted a new Windows Phone passing through the FCC.

The handset has a smaller-size screen, and according to the FCC report, comes with both a SIM card and MicroSD card slot, and will be heading to North America (the NAM part on the label).

Through some sleuthing WPD discovered the handset has the same 1430 mAh battery as the Nokia Lumia 520 and 525, leading to the obvious conclusion that we may be looking at the Nokia Lumia 530 heading to North America.

imageThis of course presupposes that Microsoft is not bringing any Nokia X or Asha handsets to USA, which seems a safe bet.

The Nokia Lumia 530 has been rumoured and leaked earlier, and will feature a 4 inch WVGA screen and will be coming to T-Mobile and Cricket Wireless.

Like the Nokia Lumia 630 it will also lack hardware camera and navigation buttons.

It is expected to hit the market in Q4 2014.
