Argus Insights, who describes themselves as â€œthe world leader in Product Innovation Analyticsâ€ have posted some results of their research on Nokia Lumia 710 owners derived from data collected from social media.
They have discovered that Nokia Lumia owners are delighted with their handsets and the value for money their purchase has provided.
They note new Nokia Lumia owners, who tend to be new to smartphones, had overwhelmingly positive views. Even the iPhone 4S has a broader spread of sentiment than the Nokia Lumia, meaning that a higher percentage of iPhone 4S users are more negative about more topics that Lumia customers. Lumia customers are even being delighted differently than most customers when looking at the most discussed usage scenarios.
Argus Insight notes that Microsoftâ€™s strategy of going for first time buyers is paying off in spades, and expected the strategy to continue to bear fruit.
