evLeaks is involved in a rather messy disagreement with TK Tech News in which I would rather not get involved, but it does seems to have spilled over into the Windows Phone world.
evLeaks has now revealed that many of his Microsoft rumours has originated from TK Tech News, and was in fact false.
In July evLeaks tweeted that the Nokia Lumia 1525, an updated version of the 1520 with a Snapdragon 801 processor, was coming to AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile.
At the time we questioned the idea, saying another 6 inch device is not what Windows Phone needed.
Now we wonder what else he leaked is false. Certainly the Nokia by Microsoft brand is, but on the other hand his Nokia Lumia 530 and HTC One for Windows rumours were spot on.
Certainly the lesson we should learn is that every leak, no matter how reliable the source, should always be taken with a large measure of salt. Do our readers agree?
