Risto Siilasmaa, Nokia’s board chairman has said on a recent TV interview that they have a contingency plan if Windows Phone 8 fails to live up to its expectations. Its obvious for a company to have a contingency plan if some plan fails, so Nokia should also have one. I was just thinking on what that “Plan B” for Nokia will be. My predictions are below,
- Sell part of the company to Microsoft for premium price.
- Make Android based devices.
