New Windows Mobile 6.5 screenshots show iPhone-like text selection UI – means capacitive screens?

Another interesting article popped up on our Page 2 site today.  This one, by Ark_Mage2 shows Windows Mobile 6.5 build 2193, and while the main theme was that of large, easy to tap buttons and other UI elements, one screenshot in particular caught my attention.

This screen shows text being selected, and a floating window with a zoomed version of the text being shown.  The UI is very reminiscent (ignoring the lack of eye candy which I am sure MS will add later) of the iPhone’s solution for its lack of a stylus, and to me serves to further confirm the arrival of Windows Mobile 6.5 devices with capacitive screens.
