New low-end Lumia shows up in Indonesia

NokiaPowerUser reports that the Indonesian certification authorities have just approved the Microsoft RM-1069 and Nokia RM-1110.
The later handset, with the Nokia brand, is probably a feature phone, but the RM-1069 has been detected by AdDuplex before and has been described as a 4 inch device with 480×800 resolution with hardware buttons.
With most of Microsoft’s new low-end handsets having software buttons, it seems Microsoft is working on a new device to possible slot below the 535 or even 530 for emerging markets.
