Windows Phone users are not new to errors when trying to use the app marketplace. Â Especially in the last few months errors and serviceÂ interruptionsÂ have been commonÂ occurrences. Â Unfortunately there may be a brand new error affecting the marketplace. Â Users have been reporting an error code 805a01f4 when trying to download applications from the Windows Phone marketplace during the last few weeks.
I myself have been affected irregularly since the beginning of the week. Â A Microsoft Answers pageÂ Â for the error started up on the first of the month and is the first reference to the error that I have been able to find on the web. Â Most of those who have been affected, it seems, have been since around the 10th of the month. Â The error usually presents occurs randomly denoting that the Marketplace is not available. Â Usually after a phone reboot or a bit of time, however, users are able to download without a problem. Â There is no Microsoft knowledge article about this error and Microsoft employees have not responded on the Microsoft Answers page. Â Have any of our readers experienced this problem?
