Microsoft has confirmed “new and innovative things” that will be announced at the upcoming hardware event.

Microsoft experts have been saying that the upcoming hardware event, which is on October 2, will be the biggest Surface event since 2015. Rumors of a dual-screen foldable Windows 10 device have also been doing the round for some time now. And now with Microsoft’s latest tweet, it seems that Microsoft is indeed going to showcase its first-ever dual-screen foldable Windows 10 device, Centaurus.
In related news, Windows Core OS running on a virtual machine was spotted on Geekbench site a few days ago. For those unaware, WCOS, short for Windows Core OS, is what will power Microsoft’s foldable device.
Aside from Centaurus, Microsoft is rumored to launch the new Surface Laptop 3 without Alcantara fiber. We might also a Surface Pro 7 with a bezel-less display similar to that of iPad Pro.
