WinPhoneLive.ru reports that Gameloft game Modern Combat 4: Zero Hour is coming to Windows Phone 8 this April.

The news was revealed by a Gameloft manager, who also revealed issues with the PEGI certification in Russia.

He said:

We are now actively working on the release of games for the Xbox and Windows Phone in Russia with the required rating. We know that the Russian players are looking forward to games from Gameloft on their Windows Phones and we are extremely pleased that our games are as expected, so we make every effort to timely exit games in Russia.

The game was released in December on iOS and Android, making it a rather small delay before hitting Windows Phone.

It will utelize the Havok physics engine and feature real-time shadows and online multi-player.

It will likely to cost $6.99 and be WP8 exclusive.
