Update: It looks like Minecraft for Windows 10 may not come for Windows 10 Mobile devices, unfortunately. Mojang released a changelog for beta version 1.0.3 which doesn’t include support for Windows 10 Mobile. However, a cached version of the changelog shows that Mojang initially confirmed Windows 10 Mobile support — but that doesn’t seem to be the case yet. (via WindowsArea)

Minecraft’s Windows 10 edition may finally come to Windows 10 Mobile devices. The Windows 10 edition of Minecraft has been available for a long while, but it has only been available on PCs running Windows 10. And now, it seems like the game might make its way to Windows 10 Mobile devices as well.

Recently, a Reddit user posted the changelog of a beta version (1.0.3) of Minecraft Pocket Edition, and the changelog included “Added Windows Phone 10 Support” under the New Features section. If this is indeed true, Windows 10 Mobile users should be able to try out the Windows 10 edition of Minecraft very soon as the current version of Minecraft on Windows 10 is version 1.0.2.

Give that this is yet to be confirmed by Microsoft or Mojang, we suggest taking it with a tiny grain of salt until it’s officially confirmed. As usual, we will let you know when and if Minecraft’s Windows 10 edition is available for mobile devices. Until then, let us know if you would like to play Minecraft on your Windows 10 Mobile in the comment section below.
