Back in February, Microsoft officially announced the preview of Forms Pro service. Forms Pro is a comprehensive enterprise survey solution for businesses to capture and analyze feedback. It works well with Dynamics 365, Office 365, and Microsoft Power Platform. Microsoft today announced the general availability of Forms Pro.

- Analyze feedback for impactful insights
“This enterprise survey tool makes it easy for organizations to collect feedback across customer touchpoints using surveys, quizzes, and polls, correlate the feedback with business transactions, and derive actionable insights from the combined data,” wrote Alysa Taylor, Corporate Vice President, Business Applications & Industry at Microsoft.
Microsoft Forms Pro is now available as part of the Dynamics 365 Enterprise license, providing up to 2,000 survey responses per month per tenant. Enterprise customers can also buy additional capacity if needed. Any Office 365 tenant can also purchase Forms Pro.
