Azure Operator Insights and Copilot utilize AI to offer operators proactive and predictive network performance insights. This can assist operators in transitioning from reactive troubleshooting to preventive maintenance and optimization.

Azure Operator 5G Core now offers a scalable and containerized approach to managing mobile networks, potentially facilitating the adoption and management of 5G technology.

Azure Operator Call Protection (in public preview) utilizes AI to protect consumers from real-time phone scams. This service could offer an additional revenue stream for operators.

Azure Programmable Connectivity (APC), now in public preview, simplifies developers’ access to network APIs, potentially enabling the creation of innovative network-aware applications and services.
