The Microsoft Photos app is a much-maligned piece of software, being accused of being unfocused and too simplified to do anything useful, particularly due to having the dual role of both collecting your pictures and acting as a replacement for the much loved Windows Movie Maker app.
The above How-To video by Microsoft, however, challenges the idea that your photos and videos do not belong together and that the app does not have what it takes to produce usable and attractive results.
