Microsoft recently started rolling out a new update to the Microsoft Store app in Windows 10 to Windows Insiders. The latest update brings some Fluent Design to more parts of the app, especially on mobile devices. It adds Fluent Design’s In-App Acrylic effect to the hamburger menu of the app, which can be seen in the screenshot above.
On desktop and laptops, the update brings Fluent Design to the product listings as well. Additionally, it’s now possible to disable autoplay of video trailers which are mostly available for games, movies and TV shows. And lastly, the update now displays a new message when all of your apps are up to date on the Downloads & Updates section.
Here are some screenshots:
The latest update for the Microsoft Store is only available to Windows Insiders at the moment, and it’ll get rolled out to more users later.
