Joe Belfiore today announced on Twitter that Microsoft has started rolling out popup tips to Windows 10 PCs from today. These tips are personal and it will not show tips for the stuff you already know. However, in the current Windows 10 Build 10158, it may show tips for the features you already used.

However… today and this next few week(s) u may see tips for features you’ve already used. Don’t worry it won’t work that way in final build. Enjoy!
