Microsoft today released Windows 10 Build 16299.15 for PC to Insiders in the Fast ring. This build does not contain any new features or bug fixes. Since Microsoft is preparing for the release of the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update to general consumers on October 17th, they have not started testing out servicing this build with the Cumulative Updates via Windows Update. Also, this is the final Windows 10 Fall Creators Update build for Windows Insiders.
