Microsoft releases updated Yammer apps for iOS and Android with Intune support

Microsoft today announced that they are releasing an update to the Yammer apps for iOS and Android that allows IT admins to protect their corporate data using mobile application management (MAM) controls in Microsoft Intune. This update supports the Intune MAM app-level data protection with or without MDM device enrollment.
This feature is especially helpful for organizations where devices and apps are used for both work and personal use and the device is not enrolled in MDM. When using Yammer with Intune, Admins can set up policies that apply to the Yammer app on Android and iOS devices to help protect their corporate data.
The updated Yammer app will be available in the Google Play and iOS App stores later today.
