Microsoft has released firmware updates for its Surface devices. Surface Laptop 1, Laptop 2, Surface Pro 4, Book 2 are now getting the June firmware update, which mainly focuses on fixing security issues. You can see the official changelog below.

Surface Laptop Firmware Update

  • Surface UEFI – Firmware 137.2706.768.0 – resolves potential security vulnerabilities, including Microsoft security advisory 190013 .

Surface Laptop firmware Update

  • Surface UEFI – Firmware 137.2706.768.0 – resolves potential security vulnerabilities, including Microsoft security advisory 190013 .

Surface Book 2 Firmware Update

  • Surface UEFI – Firmware 389.2706.768.0 – resolves potential security vulnerabilities, including Microsoft security advisory 190013 .

Surface Pro 4 firmware Update

  • Surface UEFI – Firmware 108.2706.768.0 – resolves potential security vulnerabilities, including Microsoft security advisory 190013 .

To download this update, go to Settings -> Update & security -> Windows Update -> Check for updates.
