Microsoft has released a standalone version of the Microsoft Edge DevTools which can be used to diagnose JavaScript issues on applications running the Microsoft Edge layout engine.

App developers can use the DevTools to easily diagnose layout issues, set JavaScript breakpoints, and optimize for memory and performance scenarios.

The free app can be downloaded from the Microsoft Store here.
