Microsoft has released driver updates for their Surface Laptop, Surface Laptop 2 and Surface Studio.

Part of their monthly updates the drivers bring the following changes and improvements:

For the Surface Laptop (1st Gen) devices running Windows 10 April 2018 Update, version 1803 or greater:

Surface System 4.1.139.0 brings improvements to the Surface Intersil Ambient Light Sensor (HID) and improves device stability.

For the Surface Laptop 2 devices running Windows 10 April 2018 Update, version 1803 or greater:

Surface – System – 4.1.139.0 also brings improvements to the Surface Intersil Ambient Light Sensor (HID) and improves device stability.

Lastly, the changelog for the Surface Studio 2 is not available yet but should pop up here eventually. It can be downloaded here.
