Microsoft is scheduled to release its earnings for Q3 of its fiscal year 2019 today. Wall Street Analysts have delivered consensus estimates of its EPS (earnings per share) at $1, representing a 5.3% YoY increase. As for its revenue, the consensus estimate of $29.86 billion.
While Microsoft’s estimated revenue fell 4% short in last quarter’s results leading to a $1.10 EPS, the firm has overperformed the 75% of the time over the last two years. It’s more likely than not that it will meet — if not exceed — consensus estimates.
Microsoft’s Q3 2019 results will be released later today after the markets close.
