Microsoft has been positioned as a leader for completeness of vision in the Leaders quadrant of Gartner’s 2017 Magic Quadrant for Business Intelligence and Analytics Platforms. Microsoft also highlighted that this is the 10th consecutive year Microsoft has been positioned as a leader.

Data is the lifeblood of businesses, and competitive advantage is fueled by the ability to analyze vast stores of it to surface key insights. That’s why we’re honored to be recognized as a Leader in Gartner’s evaluation of the BI and analytics market.

Thanks to the regular development and ship cycles for Power BI, Microsoft has added hundreds of new features since it was made available in 2015.
