Following Skype and Microsoft Word, Microsoft OneDrive app for Android has now reached billion downloads on Play Store. It is a big milestone because the competing Google Drive app comes pre-installed on virtually all Android devices. Microsoft has also signed some deals with Android OEMs like Samsung to pre-install OneDrive app, I think those deals would have really helped OneDrive achieve this number. Microsoft OneDrive reached 500 million downloads only in August 2018. In just about 1 year, Microsoft has doubled the download numbers of OneDrive app!

You can download the Android app here from Google Play Store.
