Earlier today, Microsoft named leading business services company Concentrix as a trusted advisor to the Bing Network as part of the Bing Partner Program.

The Bing Partner Program is a relationship between Bing Ads and the most qualified Agencies, SMB partners and Technology partners in the advertising industry. Partners provide high quality service, technology and online marketing expertise to clients so that they achieve the best results with Bing Ads. Bing Ads provides support, service and solutions to partners to ensure they can succeed with their clients.

Concentrix, which is owned by SYNNEX Corporation, is a global provider of high value business services. The company focuses on business imperatives and on improving business outcomes, while bringing a holistic approach to customer engagement and deploying capabilities and assets to enable improved revenue generation, customer experience and service optimization.

“Our analytics-based, insight driven marketing programs deliver the right message at the right time across the entire customer lifecycle,” says Anil Bhalla, Senior Vice President, Emerging Businesses at Concentrix. “Search advertising is a key part of this approach, and Bing enables us to reach a highly targeted customer segment. Bing adds to the marketing mix to optimize marketing spend, reduce customer acquisition costs, and deliver new revenue to our clients. We look forward to leveraging the additional support that Microsoft is providing through this program to help our mutual clients.”
