Microsoft has introduced a new improvement in Outlook for iOS app. You can now easily share your most recently used files in Outlook for iOS. The recently used files are from SharePoint and iCloud, and local files on your iOS device.

You can continue to share files through email from OneDrive for Business, OneDrive, Google Drive, Box, and Dropbox cloud storage. If you choose to add a link in your email rather than attach a file, the permissions to access it will align automatically with those set by your company.

Outlook for iOS app allows you to find and access cloud files stored across your favorite cloud storage options: OneDrive, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint, Google Drive, iCloud, Dropbox, and Box. This new recently used files feature is now rolling out to all iOS users.
