Back in December 2018, Microsoft announced that the company will be moving to Chromium and will be re-building Edge from scratch. Since then Microsoft has been working actively to make Edge at par with other Web Browsers and the part of the process is collecting feedback. Microsoft has added a smiley to Edge which is common with all the other apps and allows users to log feedback which can be used by the Edge team.

Microsoft has now made some improvements to the way feedback is collected and has added a screenshot editor. The screenshot editor will allow users to edit screenshots while filing feedback. This will ensure that Microsoft gets only the relevant information and not the entire screen.

The screenshot editor can be accessed when filing new feedback using the smiley icon on the top right corner of the browser. The feature could be useful for Feedback Hub as well which allows Windows 10 users to share feedback with Microsoft. At this moment, the screenshot editor is not available on Google Chrome.
