Microsoft has started to roll out a new cumulative update for Windows 10 users. The new cumulative update KB4023057 is being rolled out to the users running Windows 10 version 1507, 1511, 1607, 1703, and 1709.

The new update is rolling out on an incremental basis so it might take time for the update to reach all the devices. The update brings reliability improvements to Windows Update Service components

This update includes files and resources that address issues that affect the update processes in Windows 10 that may prevent important Windows updates from being installed. These improvements help make sure that updates are installed seamlessly on your device, and they help improve the reliability and security of devices that are running Windows 10.

The update replaces the previously released update 4022868. It’s also worth noting that the update won’t be made available through Microsoft Update Catalog so you will need to download it via Windows Update. To do that, Open Settings>Update and Security>Windows Update and click on Check for Updates. Alternatively, you will get the update in a few days.
