On day three of Ignite, Microsoft has announced that the company is working on a new app for Windows Insiders. The app will serve as a central hub for everything related to Windows Insiders Program and Windows Insiders in general.

Microsoft also confirmed that the new Windows Insiders app will be a PWA app. The app will be divided into sections covering topics from new builds, cohorts, other features and more. The app might also get an integration with Microsoft Teams for easier sharing of content among the members of an organization.

Microsoft also disclosed that the app will be open-source and will be a PWA available for all the platforms. However, the company didn’t comment on a timeline for the release but the app is in works and should be released soon.
