At its press event last week, Microsoft announced the new Surface Pro 7. The new Surface Pro 7 is powered by 10th gen Intel Quad-core processor for improved performance. It comes with 10 hours battery life and a new USB Type-C port for your connectivity needs. The sad news is that Microsoft won’t be selling Surface Pro 7 with LTE support for now. Microsoft gave the following statement when asked whether they have any plans to support LTE in the Surface Pro 7 model.

As always, we will continue to listen to our customers and bring products to market based on their feedback. We have nothing more to share regarding LTE in our product line at this time.

Surface Pro (5th Gen) was the first device in the Surface lineup that supported LTE Advanced connectivity. Surface Pro (5th gen) even supported both removable SIM card and embedded SIM. It is still available for order from Microsoft.

You can pre-order the new Surface Pro 7 starting at $799 from Microsoft Store and Amazon using the below links.
