Microsoft is gearing up to roll out the next major update to Windows 10 users. Called, October Update the public rollout is estimated to begin sometime next month.

However, a teardown of the ESD file of Build 17763 confirms that it might be the final RTM build and will be rolling out users on October 2. The files were first discovered by a user abbodi1406 who shared it on MyDigitalLife private forum. The evidence does point towards an October 2nd release but is not strong enough.

However, the build is currently available for both Fast Ring and Slow Ring users so if it’s an RTM build then Microsoft will soon release it to the Release Preview users as well. Moreover, Microsoft will roll out patches to finalize the build before it’s rolled out to the public.

That said, we can’t say with absolute certainty that this will be the final build. We haven’t found any hard evidence to support it so take it with a pinch of salt.
