Microsoft introduced Forms as the result of direct feedback from educators that they want to have a quizzing function with Office 365 Education. Forms can be used to create surveys, requisitions, assessments and so much more. Microsoft yesterday announced that Forms can be now embedded inside OneNote online. To insert Forms in OneNote, go to OneNote Insert menu, click Forms, and then in the Forms for OneNote pane, select a form. Once the form is embedded, anyone can answer the form and see their results inside OneNote itself.

Microsoft now allows you to customize the background of your form by inserting an image from Bing and OneDrive, or uploading an image from your local computer. Based on the background image, Forms automatically adjusts the theme color. Microsoft is also introducing the Other forms portal which allows form designers to access all the forms they’ve opened via the Share to collaborate link.
