Microsoft recently announced that they have expanding their presence of Azure in China. Microsoft highlighted that several MNCs like Adobe, Coke, Costco, Daimler, Ford, Nuance, P&G, and Toyota have selected Azure to deliver services to their customers in China.

Microsoft also announced the addition of new Azure Availability Zones. The Azure Availability Zone in the Netherlands is now generally available increasing Azure’s resiliency capabilities.

The combination of region pairs and Availability Zones not only increases Azure’s resiliency capabilities, but broadens customer choice for business continuity architectures and delivers an industry-leading SLA for virtual machines.
