Microsoft’s Edge browser for iOS and Android has recently picked up a small update which only brings the usual bug fixes and performance improvements.

Another more important change, however, is that the app is now available in the respective app stores on both iOS and Android in many more regions.

According to Sean Lyndersay, a product manager for the app, the browser is now available in most English and French-speaking markets, as well as Germany, Austria, Portugal and Brazil.

Edge on iOS and Android offer the ability to sync passwords and bookmarks from your desktop Edge browser, and also the ability to easily push web pages from your phone to your desktop.

The browser has been surprisingly popular, being the only 3rd party browser in the Google Play top 100 apps and a top 5 utility application in the iOS app store.

Pick it up from the Google Play and iOS Store here.
