A week ago we wrote that Microsoft has updated the Edge for Android browser to support the new Chromium-based  Edge browser to allowing synching of favourites.

At the time it appeared not everyone had access to the feature, but in a new update to the Edge for Android browser, which takes it to version 42.0.2.3420, the feature has now been enabled for all.

As can be seen from the note above the feature currently only supports syncing favourites, but in the future passwords, autofill, tabs and more will be coming.

Most browsing is done on mobile these days, and one of the advantages of using the same browser on your phone and PC is that you can enter your passwords on your desktop with a full keyboard and then have them auto-filled on your phone, making the arrival of such support a welcome addition.
