When Samsung introduced the integration of Your Phone with the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 it seemed rather pointless, as this was an app anybody could simply install on their Android phone and Windows PC.
It turns out however that the Samsung exclusive version of the app is considerably better than the pedestrian version available to everyone else. Users report that the app is simpler to install, that the screen mirroring works with every PC (unlike Your Phone which only works with mostly Surface devices) and that the connection is much faster.
Yes! The new Note10 can use the phone screen feature on any Windows PC running 1903, no need for Bluetooth.

Microsoft’s Analy Diaz confirmed that the connection also did not require Bluetooth.
As someone for whom the Your Phone app suddenly stopped working for no apparent reason, I hope all of these improvements will eventually come to all Android users.
