Satya Nadella

Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella is believed to be the one who successfully revived the culture inside Microsoft and hence the famous wording, “this is not your father’s Microsoft.” The changes are visible and Microsoft is now a part of the elite group of $1 trillion market cap.

Nadella’s contribution to Microsoft made him score the sixth position in Glassdoor’s recently published list of the top 100 CEOs in America. For those unaware, Glassdoor is a website where current and former employees anonymously review companies and their management.

VMware’s Pat Gelsinger has managed to grab the first position, while T-Mobile’s John Legere, Adobe’s Shantanu Narayen are at 4th and 5th position, respectively. Apple CEO Tim Cook has managed to get the 69th position in the list, with an average 92 percent approval rating.

Things have taken a turn for the worse for Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg as he ended up landing at 55th position, down from last year’s 16th position.
