Today morning, some customers who pre-ordered Surface Book from Microsoft Store received email saying that their order got cancelled. These customers need to pre-order it again. This seems to be an issue from banks as they flagged the purchase as fraud. While pre-ordering again should not be an issue, but the long shipping time if you order now should irk some users. Hopefully, Microsoft Store customer support will help these customers get their Surface Books on time.
